Mr. Wong, a 78 year old retired accountant comes to clinic complaining of dizziness, especially in the early afternoon. He notes he has "fainted" once, but was not seriously injured at this time. Mr. Wong has a 55 pack year history of smoking. His medical history includes COPD, peripheral vascular disease, and hypertension. His hypertension is currently treated with chlorthalidone 50mg QD and atenolol 50mg QD.
